It is most challenging to start the bio where Reiki started, because as I moved through the doors which brought me where I am today, I realized that all in my life played a role in bringing me here and now. As long as I can remember, I had a fascination for all that is invisible and inaudible to some. I started to receive guidance early on and my thirst for the truth was insatiable. I started to research numerology, crystal, and meditation methods in my late teenage years and spent quite a bit of time experimenting with different states of awareness, through meditation. 

Of course, I also had to go through the motions of wanting to fit in and I went back and forth between inner peace and the turmoil of social acceptance. For many, many years. It’s only in my fourth decade that I decided to take a leap of faith and fully embrace who I am and what I am meant to do in this life. And that also was a process! To become who I am, I had to un-become from all that I was told to be. I had to grieve some elements of the third density lifestyle, and I had to take responsibility for the destiny I wanted to create. 

It’s only then, that I became a certified Reiki master practitioner of the Usui System of Natural Healing - Usui Reiki Ryoho - through four deepening years of training, practice and self-healing work. As I was discovering the subtleties of the Reiki realm, and as I was continuing to broaden my perspective, I realized that Reiki was part of a whole. A whole that we could call Universe or Spirit or God. A whole where all the parts are interconnected and can be explained only by reference to the whole.  My approach became not only increasingly holistic but also increasingly spiritual. My practice became a way of life. A way of being. 

This period was a portal for naturally integrating more aspects to my practice. Just like the light enters a diamond by all its facets, I felt in my core that Reiki would be more potent offered along with other methods. Methods such as, crystal healing, star coding, guided meditation, breath work and sound bath. Integrating the amplifying benefits of these parts came naturally and were supplemented by inner guidance and training along the way. 

It became very important for my practice to provide consultation and guidance, to ensure the clients are feeling supported, protected and guided while they are processing their inner work. As a Spiritual Coach, I – with the client, always - explore the deeper connections between people and the Universe and help people to gain a new or deeper understanding of the world they live in and the energies that flow within it; I act as a guide to unleashing self-trust and compassion that already exist in the client. 

I am an enabler. The client is the healer. 

And so it is, in a nutshell.
